One of the most helpful tools as a healing coach is the ability to scan or monitor the energy/healing work of students, as well as healing practitioners of all disciplines. I use this to see/sense the intensity and quality of their work, as well as offer guidance in order to make their work more efficient. Again, this is done through reading the aura to assess their competence as well as their mental body to see what they as focusing on as they do their work. It is an invaluable tool for coaching / consulting healers and potential healers who are learning the trade. I can also monitor at a distance if a webcam is available.
